Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods where that diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (custom-made items).

In our case, a custom-made item only exists where you have the sign designed to your own specifications – for example with your own text, name, logo or motif, or with dimensions and colour combinations that deviate from the standard range (see § 3 (2) of our Terms and Conditions).

For all signs from our standard and catalogue range, your right of withdrawal applies without restriction – even if they are only handcrafted after you place your order.

In addition, we grant you a voluntary 14-day right of return for products from our standard and catalogue range. This voluntary right of return does not apply to custom-made items. You can find the details in our Terms and Conditions.
