Our designs are not boring standard goods – each motif has been developed to make rooms look unique and create a true atmosphere.
Why are your neon signs of higher quality than many others?
The difference lies in quality. While many providers rely on cheap mass production, we exclusively use high-quality materials, extra-thick 6 mm acrylic glass, and durable premium LEDs with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.
Each neon sign is carefully handcrafted and checked multiple times before it is shipped. Our designs are not interchangeable standard goods – they have been developed to truly stand out.
How long do your neon signs last?
Our high-quality premium LEDs have a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. This corresponds to over 5 years of continuous operation – and significantly longer with normal use.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer neon signs in many different sizes – from small 20 cm models to large statement signs of up to 150 cm.
Technology & Safety
Do the neon signs get hot?
No. Thanks to modern LED neon technology, our neon signs remain pleasantly cool and safe even after prolonged use.
Are the neon signs silent?
Yes, all our neon signs operate completely silently.
Are your neon signs suitable for outdoor use?
No. All our neon signs are designed exclusively for indoor use and have protection class IP20.
Are your neon signs energy efficient?
Yes, our neon signs are power-saving and energy-efficient. Power consumption depends on size, design, and brightness. However, thanks to modern LED technology, operating costs remain very low even with daily use.
Do your neon signs have certifications?
Yes, our products comply with common safety and quality standards such as CE and RoHS. Depending on the country and model, additionally:

What is included in the delivery?
Each order includes:

Can neon signs be used immediately?
Yes, all neon signs are ready for immediate use and can be connected directly after unpacking.
How are small USB neon signs powered?
Our small neon signs have a USB connection and can be operated flexibly:
- on a PC
- with a power bank
- via a USB adapter at the socket
Additionally, they have a 2-meter long cable and a 9-step dimmer directly on the cable.
What features do large 12V neon signs have?
Our large premium neon signs have numerous features:
- 10-step dimmable (10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 %)

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We work quickly to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Since each neon sign is individually handcrafted, the delivery time, depending on design and size, is approximately 6–14 days including production and shipping. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will of course receive a tracking number by email.
Why is each neon sign produced only after an order is placed?
We consciously rely on sustainable production instead of mass-produced goods and unnecessary inventory. Therefore, each neon sign is individually handcrafted only after an order is received.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on every order – with no minimum order value.

How are neon signs packaged?
Each neon sign is carefully and securely packaged for transport. To protect the surface, it is first covered with protective film and then additionally protected with shock-absorbing bubble wrap. Afterwards, everything is packed in a sturdy, pressure-resistant cardboard box, which is additionally protected by a water-repellent shipping sleeve.
Warranty, Returns & Support
Is there a warranty on neon signs?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our neon signs.
What happens in case of defects or transport damage?
Should your neon sign arrive damaged or be defective, you will of course receive either a full refund or a free replacement.
Can I return my neon sign?
Yes, you can return your neon sign within 14 days of receiving your order. For processing the return, please contact our support at business@loveledlights.de.
