Processing & Production Time

Processing and production time is usually 3–7 business days. During peak times or for highly customized designs, it may be longer.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order – with no minimum order value.

Delivery Time

The total duration – including production & shipping – is usually:

Germany / Austria / Switzerland: 6–10 business days
EU Countries: 7–14 business days
International (worldwide): 10–20 business days

Address Changes

As long as your sign has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@loveledlights.com

Shipping Providers & Shipping Times

Depending on the destination, we ship with the best available partners, e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS or local service providers. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Packaging

Every sign is carefully packaged – with foam, bubble wrap, and a sturdy cardboard box. This ensures your product arrives safely and undamaged.

Returns

Should anything go wrong during shipping or your sign arrive damaged, simply contact us. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
