A classic neon LED sign draws a design with light. A UV-printed LED sign goes one step further: the image is printed in colour directly onto the acrylic, and a glowing LED neon outline frames it. So your wall gets a plate of sushi with every grain of rice, a tiger with every stripe or an astronaut with a gleaming helmet. Here you will find out how it works and who these signs are right for.
What is UV printing?
In UV printing, ink is applied directly to the material and cured instantly with UV light. The ink does not soak in but sits on the acrylic as a solid layer. This allows very fine detail and smooth colour gradients. Our designs are printed on 6 mm high-quality acrylic. The colours are rich, scratch-resistant and fade-resistant.
How a UV-printed LED sign is made
- Print the design: the image is UV-printed in colour onto the acrylic sheet.
- Cut to shape: the sheet is cut to follow the outline of the design.
- Add the neon outline: an LED silicone strip is fixed by hand along the contour.
- Dispatch: every sign is only made once you have ordered it, and is then sent out.

Which designs are available?
In our UV print collection you will find over 200 designs, for example:

Sizes, power and prices
Most designs are available from 40 cm (16") to 100 cm (39") along the longest edge. Prices start at €89.90 for 40 cm.
- 40 cm: USB connection (5V), 2 m white cable, inline dimmer with 9 levels
- 50 to 100 cm: 12V mains power supply, 3 m grey cable, remote control with 10 brightness levels, timer and flashing modes
You can mount the sign with the included hanging chain or with screws and wall plugs. The signs are intended for indoor use only (IP20).
