Your design is drawn
Every sign starts as a digital drawing. Lines, colours and size are planned so that it later glows cleanly and evenly.

Fine-tuning for production
Dimensions, cable routes and LED paths are precisely adjusted so every detail can be made accurately.
3 / 8 · Precision-cut
6 mm (1/4") acrylic, precisely cut
The acrylic board is machine-cut to the shape of your design. It carries the sign and keeps it stable.
4 / 8 · Real handwork
LEDs fitted by hand
The LED strips are set by hand into the milled channels of the acrylic board, piece by piece along your design.
5 / 8 · The neon look
LED silicone tube laid by hand
The LED silicone tube is bent and laid by hand along the design. That's what creates the classic neon look.
6 / 8 · Electronics & checks
Wired and tested
All connections are soldered by hand and connected to the power supply. Then every sign is switched on and all colours and functions are checked.

Cleaned and given a final check
Surface, brightness and finish are inspected. Only then is the sign approved for shipping.

Behind LoveLEDlights there's no faceless corporation, just a simple idea: neon signs that don't look mass-produced but bring real personality into your home. It all started in mid-2024 out of frustration with what was on the market: high-quality neon signs were hard to find, and most of what was out there was cheap and broke quickly.
That's why we do things differently: every sign is only made by hand once you've ordered, on 6 mm (1/4") acrylic with premium LEDs, and individually tested before shipping. And if something isn't quite right, you won't end up on a hotline; you'll get personal help.

How are neon signs packed?
Every neon sign is packed carefully and securely for transit.
To protect the surface, the neon sign is first covered with protective film and then additionally wrapped in shock-absorbing bubble wrap. Everything is then packed in a sturdy, crush-resistant box, which is further protected by a water-repellent shipping bag.
So your neon sign arrives safe and undamaged.
