At LoveLedLights, we want your shopping experience to run smoothly from the moment you order until your package arrives. Because every neon sign is handcrafted individually, you'll find all the details about production, shipping and delivery times right here.
Processing & production time
Every LED and neon sign is handcrafted individually after your order comes in. Orders are prepared for production within one to three business days of purchase. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. During busy periods – such as product launches or promotions – the processing time may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 🙏
Shipping methods
We offer several shipping options that vary by destination country, including standard and express shipping. The options shown at checkout depend on your location and on the products you ordered.

We offer free worldwide shipping – no minimum order value.
Delivery time
Because every neon sign is handcrafted individually, delivery takes roughly 6–14 days (production + shipping), depending on the design and size. Exact shipping times vary by region and by the shipping method you choose (see the table below). External factors beyond our control – such as weather conditions, customs delays or carrier disruptions – can extend the delivery time. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Address changes
If you'd like to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us right away at support@loveledlights.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee it once your order is already in the shipping process.

Packaging
Every neon sign is packed carefully and securely for transport. To protect the surface, it is first covered with a protective film and then wrapped in shock-absorbing bubble wrap. Everything is then placed in a sturdy, crush-resistant box, which is additionally protected by a water-repellent shipping sleeve. That way your neon sign reaches you safely and undamaged.
Returns
The LED sign can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. For details on the return process, please contact our support team at support@loveledlights.com.
