1. Set the position – hold the sign against the spot you want and mark the four drill points through the existing holes in the backplate.
2. Drill & set the wall anchors – drill the holes and insert the supplied wall anchors flush with the surface.
3. Screw on the standoffs – fix the four standoffs to the wall with the enclosed screws.
4. Mount the sign – place the sign onto the mounted standoffs and secure it. Done: it now sits 3 cm (1.2 in) in front of the wall.

Tip: work with a second person and align the sign with a spirit level before drilling – that way all four points sit on one line. A drill and a screwdriver are not included in the set.

What do I need standoffs for on a neon LED sign?
Standoffs hold your neon LED sign 3 cm (1.2 in) away from the wall. The light radiates all around and lays a soft glow onto the wall – a flat wall picture turns into an object with depth. At the same time the sign sits firmly on the wall, with no visible hanging chain.

Do the standoffs fit all LoveLedLights signs?
Yes. One set fits every neon LED sign in our shop – no matter the design or the size. So there is nothing to measure before you order.

How many sets do I need for one sign?
Exactly one. Every set contains 4 standoffs and is therefore enough for every sign size available in the shop. If you want to mount several signs, plan for one set per sign.

Which color should I choose?
There are four colors: black, silver, white and gold. Silver is the neutral all-purpose choice, white almost disappears on light walls, black sets a clear frame on dark walls and gold works as a deliberate warm accent. You pick the color right at checkout.

Which walls are the standoffs suitable for?
For solid interior walls such as concrete, masonry or plaster – the matching screws and wall anchors for classic wall mounting are included. For special cases such as hollow walls, tiles or wood, it is best to use fixing material that suits your surface. If you do not want to drill at all, you will find drill-free alternatives in our Fastening & Mounting collection.

What is included in the set?
4 stainless steel standoffs with a 3 cm (1.2 in) wall gap in the color you selected, plus 4 screws and 4 wall anchors. Tools such as a drill or a screwdriver are not included.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 6–14 days. If you order the standoffs together with a neon LED sign, they ship out together with your order.

Is there a warranty and a right of return?
