The adapter is not included – you will find a matching one in our Mounting & Installation Collection. The cable is 2 m (6.6 ft) long and white. Includes an inline dimmer with 9 brightness levels and an on/off switch.
How long do LED neon signs last?

Do the signs get hot in operation?
No. LED neon produces only minimal heat – the signs stay pleasantly cool.

Can I run the sign 24/7?
Yes. Our LED neon signs are built for continuous operation. They draw just a few watts – running one around the clock costs only cents per day.
Are the signs suitable for outdoor use?
No. Protection rating IP20 – for indoor use only.
How do I clean the sign?
Unplug it before cleaning. Wipe very gently with a clean, dust-free cloth and a little glass cleaner – and do not press down hard, or you may scratch the acrylic.
How long does delivery take?
Every sign is made by hand once your order comes in. Delivery time 6–14 days (production + shipping).
