The 12V version runs off the included power adapter from a normal 230V socket – cable 3 m (9.8 ft), grey, including a dimmer remote with 10 brightness levels, timer and flash modes.
How long do LED neon signs last?
Up to 50,000 operating hours – at 6 hours a day that is more than 20 years.
Do the signs get hot in operation?
No. LED neon produces only minimal heat – the signs stay pleasantly cool.
What is the difference between LED neon and real glass neon?
LED neon is shatterproof, up to 80 % more energy-efficient, lighter, non-toxic and dimmable on top.
Can I run the sign 24/7?
Yes. Our LED neon signs are built for continuous operation. They draw just a few watts – running one around the clock costs only cents per day.
Are the signs suitable for outdoor use?
No. Protection rating IP20 – for indoor use only.
How do I clean the sign?
Unplug it before cleaning. Wipe very gently with a clean, dust-free cloth and a little glass cleaner – and do not press down hard, or you may scratch the acrylic.
How long does delivery take?
Every sign is made by hand once your order comes in. Delivery time 6–14 days (production + shipping).
